#sai ying pun

An old-school Cantonese claypot-rice specialist best visited at dinner, when claypots are cooked to order and the scorched rice crust is part of the point. A three-rice blend gives the rice chew and fragrance; white eel is a well-known choice, and the wok-fired side dishes make this more than a single-dish stop.
