Terms

Effective 21 September 2026 · Last updated 21 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Discriminantly, which is operated by Brian Gerard Elicierto. By using Discriminantly you agree to them. Questions: brianelicierto@mac.com.

Your account

You need an account to add to Discriminantly and to use its private features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe, for choosing which AI assistants to connect, and for disconnecting any you no longer want.

What you add

You keep whatever rights you have in what you add: your writing, your photos, your links, and anything else.

You give Discriminantly permission to store, copy, process and display what you add, and to send it to assistants you have connected, only as needed to run Discriminantly and in line with your privacy settings. We do not claim ownership of it. Only add material you have the right to add.

Public things

Anything you make public can be seen, and copied, by other people. Making it private later hides it on Discriminantly, but cannot undo copies someone made while it was public. Only publish what you are comfortable sharing and have the right to share.

AI assistants

Connecting an assistant lets it act for you through Discriminantly. It can read what you keep, including private things, and add, change and delete records. AI assistants can make mistakes, so check what yours does. What it adds and changes shows up in Discriminantly, where you can review and correct it yourself, and you can disconnect an assistant at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Discriminantly to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, or harass or abuse anyone. Do not try to access other people’s accounts or data, disrupt or compromise the service, or overload it with automated requests.

If these terms are broken

If you break these terms, or your use puts the service or other people at risk, we may restrict or suspend your access. Suspension on its own does not delete your content. You can stop using Discriminantly at any time and ask us to delete your account; if an account is closed, what it holds is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

The service

We work to keep Discriminantly running and what you keep safe, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. Features may change over time. If we ever decide to shut Discriminantly down, we will aim to give reasonable notice, and to help you keep a copy of what you have kept, where practical.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Discriminantly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will say so on the site, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Discriminantly after that means you accept the updated terms.
