#universal marina

A relaxed waterside restaurant at Universal Marina, run by two longstanding members of the former Banana Wharf team. Its seasonally changing menu, lighter lunches and considered wine and drinks list are served in a cosy dining room or the marina garden — sociable, polished and closely connected to life on the River Hamble.

An independent coffee shop inside Universal Marina, serving its own onsite-roasted coffee alongside cakes, pastries and straightforward deli-style food. Indoor and covered outdoor seating make it an easy stopping point on the quieter, tree-lined stretch of the River Hamble. Come for the rustic charm, views of the harbour on the river Hamble, good coffee and a toastie.
