Working family olive-oil mill, tasting boutique and Museo dell’Olio – Sa Mola de su Notariu in Dolianova. Its Olio del Tempio EVOO comes from the family’s Parteolla olive groves and is cold-extracted at the mill on the day of harvest; visited the shop and picked up some very lovely olive oils.
