Man Mo Temple

Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, Hong Kong

124–126 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

One of Hong Kong’s oldest surviving temples and a declared monument, built between 1847 and 1862. The compound combines Man Mo Temple, Lit Shing Kung and Kung Sor, once a venue for settling community affairs, and preserves Qing-era objects, carved timber, granite work and the incense-heavy devotional atmosphere of old Sheung Wan.
